That’s enough of recalling the strange memory! Sometimes, just the thought of puking is enough to make you cringe. But a frail stomach could be another reason for it. Well, if you don’t have a strong stomach, you should do everything it takes to build one. I did. Mine is in the pink of health now! And since I have a fondness for each one of my readers, I wouldn’t want you to get into something as disappointing as this. 1. Vomiting treatment with essential oil

The simplest of home remedies for vomiting is treating it with essential oils. The pungent fragrance of these will relax you everytime you feel like throwing up. You can use either peppermint essential oil or lemon essential oil for this remedy. Pour 1 or 2 drops of the essential oil over a tissue or handkerchief. Inhale the aroma every time you feel the sickness.

Lemon has properties that can cleanse your stomach in a jiffy. And in addition to that, the Vitamin C in it will help in boosting your immune system. Take 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix both of them together. Consume this mixture to bring down vomiting. This home remedy for vomiting will be most effective for treatment of morning sickness.

3. Vomiting treatment with baking soda

Baking soda can benefit you in so many ways. This ingredient is so common, you can use it for almost every illness, including nausea. For treating nausea, you will need 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and half a glass of water. Mix the 2 elements well. Then use this solution to rinse your mouth. Doing so will lessen the bad odours and remove the after-taste that is caused by vomiting.

4. Vomiting treatment with mint leaves

9. Vomiting treatment with cloves (laung)

This is another easiest of home remedies for vomiting. You will only need 2 or 3 raw cloves, or laung, to perform it. Simply, chew on these to get relief in no time. If the strong taste of raw cloves is unbearable for you, you can always consume 1 teaspoon of honey along with these. If you can, swallow the cloves while munching on them for more positive consequences. Cloves are really good for your digestive system. Besides using these as a vomiting remedy, you can chew on these everyday for easy digestion.

10. Vomiting treatment with milk

Here is the solution my grandmother always recommends. Milk is always a healthy option for your stomach is what she tells me. And it is a win-win when you take it for vomiting. 1 cup of milk and 1 piece of dry toast will be enough for treating the causes of vomiting. Heat 1 cup of milk and soak the toast in it for a few seconds. Eat it to lower your vomiting. You can use this home remedy as and when you feel like vomiting.

11. Vomiting treatment with cumin seeds (jeera ke beej)

It is time to be really thankful to cumin (jeera) for giving us the most wonderful of home remedies for vomiting and nausea. Cumin has great therapeutic effects for digestive problems, especially morning sickness and diarrhoea. For curing your health, take 1 and a half tablespoons of cumin seeds, or jeera ke beej. Grind them extremely well to make fresh cumin seeds powder (jeera powder). Put the powder in 1 glass of water. And drink this solution.

12. Vomiting treatment with aniseed (saunf)

Aniseed, or saunf, is definitely a good vomiting treatment. This is among the most helpful natural remedies for vomiting due to its numerous medicinal qualities. That is why many people prefer to have a spoonful of it after the meals. This helps in boosting the digestion process. Take 1 tablespoon of aniseed and steep them in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Then strain and drink this solution once or twice a day.

13. Vomiting treatment with chamomile

Chamomile is a home remedy that works a little differently. Sometimes, when you feel like vomiting, you get a bit of relief only when what is within comes out. So chamomile will clear up your stomach by urging you to throw up. To prepare a fresh cup of chamomile tea, take 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers. Boil 1 cup of water along with these. Then strain the flowers and add honey to the water. Drinking chamomile tea twice a day will alleviate vomiting.

Just in case you are feeling too lazy to make the tea, I have another chamomile home remedy for vomiting. It would be great if you could get chamomile oil for this one. 14. Vomiting treatment with water

Do you know sometimes dehydration can be a major cause of vomiting? Also, if you are drinking less water, there are high chances that nausea will hit you. In such a situation, water alone will be the best treatment for vomiting you could look up to. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water throughout the day will be recommended for you.

15. Vomiting treatment with cardamom seeds (elaichi ke beej)

Cardamom seeds make up for one of the most powerful natural remedies for vomiting in children and adults. These will be great for easing the cause of nausea and vomiting in the stomach. Take half a teaspoon of cardamom seeds, or elaichi ke beej, and grind them finely to make a powder. Add a dash a sugar to this powder to make the taste more pleasing.
